Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 5 to 9 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Need to change your address? Email sales@norra.shop as soon as possible and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

30-day money-back guarantee

Use HindWrap every day for up to 30 days after it arrives. If you don't see a difference in how your dog gets up and gets around, email sales@norra.shop with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Damaged or faulty items

If your HindWrap arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo or short video and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice.
