Does this replace brushing or flossing?

No. Keep both. Brushing and flossing remove what needs removing. Norra adds back what they take out along with it. The two do different jobs.

When will I notice anything?

Most people are looking at a span of weeks rather than days. Bacterial populations shift gradually, and the chew is working on a balance rather than a symptom. Give it a full bottle before you judge it.

What does it taste like?

Guava. It is sweetened with xylitol rather than sugar, so it is sweet without feeding the bacteria you are trying to crowd out.

Is one chew a day enough?

Yes. The trial these three strains appeared in used one chewable tablet daily. More is not better here; consistency is what matters, because live cultures do not accumulate.

Why after a meal?

That is when the mouth has just been through its biggest disruption and there is room for the strains to settle. It is also the easiest moment to remember.

Can I take it with my other supplements or medication?

Norra is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and there is nothing in it that is known to interact. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or being treated for anything, check with your physician first.

Is it safe for my dog?

No. It contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. Keep the bottle somewhere they cannot reach.

How long does a bottle last?

Thirty chewable tablets, one a day, so one month.

What if it does not work for me?

Tell us within 30 days and we refund the order. You do not need to send the bottle back.
