Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum, no threshold to hit.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 9 days depending on where you are. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel moves.

We currently ship within the US only.

The 30-day guarantee

Try Norra for 30 days. If it is not for you, for any reason at all, tell us and we refund the order in full.

You do not need to return the bottle and you do not need to justify the decision. One bottle is one month, so you get a full course to make up your mind.

Damaged or wrong items

If a bottle arrives damaged or the order is wrong, email us with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement straight away. No return needed.
