How it works
Your routine is one half of a job
Brushing removes bacteria. Flossing removes bacteria. Mouthwash removes bacteria. The cleaning at the dentist removes bacteria. That is the whole routine most people have, and every part of it does the same thing.
Nothing in that routine puts anything back.
The mouth is not meant to be empty
A healthy mouth is not a sterile one. It is occupied. The bacteria that belong there take up the space, and the ones that cause the damage cannot settle where something else already lives. Strip everything out twice a day and the space refills with whatever happens to be nearest.
What Norra does
One chew, once a day, after a meal. It carries three named probiotic strains and releases them where your teeth meet your gums, at the moment the space is open.
Lactobacillus salivarius LS97, Lactobacillus paracasei LC86, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85. Four billion live cultures per chew. These three were studied together, in a chewable, exactly as you take them here.
Alongside them: microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, the mineral teeth are made of, and xylitol in place of sugar.
Why it is daily
Live cultures do not stockpile. They are residents, not a coating. Stop for a few weeks and you are back where you started, which is why Norra is a daily chew rather than a course you finish.
How to take it
Chew one tablet thoroughly after a meal, rather than swallowing it whole, so it reaches the teeth and the gumline. It takes about ten seconds. Keep brushing and flossing exactly as you do now. Norra is the part that was missing, not a replacement for the parts that work.
